Description: the guide explains how to adapt the classic Business Model Canvas (BMC) for social enterprises. It emphasizes integrating both social impact and economic value, helping organizations reflect on who they serve, how they create value, and how impact and revenue interact. The document also offers guidance for using the Canvas at different stages of a social enterprise—startup, growth, or pivot—and includes adaptations to account for costs related to social impact.
